Ved Out, Riteish Deshmukh’s debut film as a director, has a trailer available.

Riteish Deshmukh declared in 2021 that the Marathi movie Ved will be his first foray into directing. He will appear in the upcoming movie alongside Genelia D’Souza, Jiya Shankar, Ashok Saraf, and Shubhankar Tawde in addition to directing it.

The Riteish Deshmukh-directed film’s trailer was finally unveiled earlier today, on December 13, to considerable anticipation. In Ved, real-life pair Riteish and Genelia will portray husband and wife. A love triangle is also hinted at in the teaser, which also guarantees viewers of romance, drama, and action.

It’s noteworthy to note that Salman Khan will make a cameo appearance in Ved. Salman Khan previously starred in Riteish Deshmukh’s debut Marathi film Lai Bhaari. Riteish released some behind-the-scenes photographs from the highly anticipated movie’s set in July of this year, along with a touching letter to Salman.

“I’m thrilled to share that, with your blessings, I’ve just finished filming my first directorial feature,” he wrote beside the photos. The actor continued, “My team and I overcame numerous obstacles to achieve the first phase, and now the road to completion will be full of learning. The voyage is made simpler, though, if your soulmates are by your side.

Riteish acknowledged Salman Khan’s support and added, “One such person is my darling ‘Salman Bhau’. I am speechless with gratitude for the kindness he has extended to Genelia and me. He first appeared in my first Marathi movie, “Lai Bhaari,” and now he does so in my debut movie as a director. I’m grateful, Bhau. I adore you!

The big screen debut of Ved is scheduled for December 30, 2022. Prior to Ved, Riteish and Genelia might be seen interacting on-screen in the movies Mister Mummy from 2022 and Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya from 2012.
