At the Filmfare OTT Awards on Wednesday night, Taapsee Pannu, who had been winning back-to-back Filmfare Awards for the previous two years, added another trophy to her collection. Taapsee’s portrayal in Looop Lapeta earned her the Best Actress Award in a Web Original Film distinction. She uploaded a photo of all of her Filmfare awards and captioned it, “2020-2021-2022. The past three years have been amazing.” The actress received a prize in 2020 for Saand Ki Aankh.

She won the award the next year for her Thappad performance. Taapsee won her third Filmfare award for her movie Looop Lapeta.

Taapsee Pannu and Tahir Raj Bhasin were co-stars in the movie Looop Lapeta. The movie was a Hindi remake of the popular Run Lola Run movie from Germany in 1998.

In a second tweet, the actress thanked Looop Lapeta’s creators and gave an explanation of her decision to work on the film. “Okay, so that was last night. Nobody could figure out why I would want to make Looop Lapeta. Why would I want to alter a classic like Run Lola Run, and why would I act in another running movie?” In numerous movies, including Rashmi Rocket, Soorma, Shabaash Mithu, and Saand Ki Aankh, Taapsee has appeared as an athlete. An excerpt from her post stated, “I entered into narration with a purpose to say No and came out after giving an instant yes.

The roles she played in critically acclaimed and commercially successful movies like Pink, Naam Shabana, Soorma, Mulk, Manmarziyaan, and Thappad made Taapsee Pannu famous. Additionally, she has acted in movies like Mission Mangal, Badla, Saand Ki Aankh, and Game Over. Recently, the actress starred in the suspenseful movies Blurr and Dobaaraa.
