The Great Indian Kitchen, which stars Aishwarya Rajesh, has unveiled the teaser.
The Great Indian Kitchen, a famous Malayalam family drama from 2021, has now been translated into Tamil. Aishwarya Rajesh, well known for her part in the film Vada Chennai, will play Nimisha Sajayan in the drama’s original role. The director of the Tamil film is R Kannan, who is well known for the films Jeyamkondan and Venthaan Vendraan. The film tells the heartbreaking story of a housewife whose existence is reduced to that of a caregiver.
The trailer begins with a girl getting married and the subsequent changes in her life. She needs to contend with the unjust social conventions every day in order to demonstrate that she is a nice wife and daughter-in-law. Even while the remake included a lot of moments from the original movie, it also managed to include a few new ones.
Yogi Babu, Kalairani, and Poster Nandakumar, in addition to the rest of the cast, play crucial parts in The Great Indian Kitchen in addition to Aishwarya Rajesh. The soundtrack for the film was composed by Jerry Silvester Vincent, while the cinematography was done by Balasubramaniem. Leo John Paul edited the movie, which Durgaram and Neel Choudhary also produced. For those who don’t know, Jeo Baby directed the first film, which had Nimisha Vijayan and Suraj Venjaramoodu among its main cast members.
In addition to this, Pinkvilla has exclusive knowledge of a Hindi remake of the Jeo Baby-directed film. According to a person familiar with the project, “Harman Baweja and Vicky Bahri are producing the Hindi version of The Great Indian Kitchen, and they want to start production by the middle of 2022. Harman and Vicky won the rights to this Hindi movie after a competitive bidding process with several other producers. The prep work has started as the team is working closely to adapt the story as per Hindi sensibilities.”
