Tamil actor Abbas has knee surgery, and his post-surgery photo has gone viral.

Abbas, a Tamil actor, has been out of the spotlight for a long time. He began his film career in the 1990s with Kathal Desam and rose to the status of a chocolate hero. However, he has recently been in the news due to reports of his hospitalisation. Abbas was nearly unrecognisable in the photographs that went viral, having acquired a significant amount of weight.

Tamil Actor Abbas Undergoes Knee Surgery, Post-Surgery Picture Goes Viral

Abbas stated that he was hospitalised because he needed surgery on his right leg due to a knee ailment. Now, the actor has shared a fresh photo of himself on Facebook, showing him in recovery mode following surgery. He is seen lying in a hospital bed, giving his admirers a victory sign. Abbas stated in the caption that the procedure went well and that he would be home shortly.

“My concerns are at their peak while I’m in the hospital.” But, when I was there, I tried to overcome some worries. “I assisted myself in empowering my thinking,” he explained. He also expressed gratitude to his supporters who wished him a swift recovery and prayed for him.

Although he never achieved popularity, Abbas did appear in a few films in the 1990s and early 2000s. After his solo-hero films underperformed, he played Rajinikanth’s son-in-law in Padayappa before playing a doctor in Kamal Haasan’s historical picture, Hey Ram. Later, after attempting his luck as an anti-hero, he abandoned his film career when it failed to take off and now works as a software programmer in New Zealand.
