Suriya has wrapped the first schedule of Bala’s project and will begin filming in June.
Actor Suriya is now working on a number of projects, one of which is a collaboration with acclaimed director Bala provisionally titled Suriya 41, and is one of my most anticipated films. While the cast and crew of the film were recently announced, it has now been reported that the shoot has commenced and Suriya has already completed the first schedule. In June, he will begin filming for the new season.
Rajsekar Pandian, the film’s co-producer, has stated that the shooting is going well. The actor and crew completed the first schedule at Kanniyakumari, which lasted over 35 days. After obtaining an extended set, the second schedule will begin in June for 15 days. Suriya 41 represents the actor-director duo’s first collaboration in 20 years. Previously, the filmmaker has delivered blockbuster films like Nandha (2001) and Pithamagan (2003).
The Soorarai Pottru actor is expected to portray two roles in the film. While one of his characters will be a regular commoner, the other is likely to be deaf and dumb. Another rumor circulating around the project is that he will portray a fisherman in it.
Krithi Shetty has been cast as the film’s female lead. According to rumors, Keerthy Suresh and Atharvaa have been cast in key roles in the film. Suriya 41’s music will be composed by GV Prakash Kumar.
