SS Rajamouli is in Hyderabad to promote the forthcoming sci-fi flick Brahmastra starring Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt.

SS Rajamouli is in Hyderabad to promote Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s next science-fiction flick Brahmastra, which also stars Nagarjuna, Mouni Roy, and Amitabh Bachchan. As we all know, Rajamouli is presenting Brahmastra in the southern areas, and the RRR director has spoken up about his collaborations with Ranbir, Alia, Karan Johar, and Ayan Mukerji.

SS Rajamouli stated at the Brahmastra pre-release event attended by Bollywood Life that there are many actors in the profession, but just a handful have made an impression on him. He stated that he met Ranbir after meeting Amitabh Bachchan and that Rockstar influenced him. The film had an impact on him.

When asked about Alia, Rajamouli stated that she is a fan favourite and one of the best performers of her generation. He has a strong relationship with her, and the director describes her as a “jewel of a human.”

The Baahubali filmmaker added that Brahmastra director Ayan is a personal friend and that making a film is like saying goodbye to your daughter after her marriage. He went on to say that Nagarjuna uncle is a celebrity and that he is not qualified to speak about him. Rajamouli, on the other hand, is pleased to watch Nagarjuna delivering dialogues in Hindi after a couple of decades.

In response to the recent crisis in the Indian film industry, Rajamouli stated that cinema is going through a difficult moment and that everyone has to help one another in order to develop great films that would connect with the public. He stated that it is past time for us to stand up for one another.

The first instalment of Brahmastra will be released in theatres on September 9. The film was created on a budget of roughly Rs 400 crore and would be released on approximately 3,000 theatres in India alone. Netizens on social media have also called for a boycott of the film.
