Sonam Kapoor admits she was worried about leaving son Vayu at home for the Red Sea Film Festival: He was visiting my mother and sister.
Sonam Kapoor admitted to being anxious about leaving her newborn son Vayu Kapoor Ahuja at home while attending the Red Sea International Film Festival. She documented her emotions in a video.
Sonam Kapoor was in Jeddah for the Red Sea International Film Festival. She just shared a video in which she expressed her nervousness while driving to the airport. In the video, she also addressed whether she will miss her newborn son, Vayu, as it was her first overseas event after the baby’s birth.
“I’m going to miss him so much,” Sonam said. I’m terrified of leaving him behind, even if it’s only for a day. I’m not worried because he’s with my mother and sister. I’m going to be gone for 20 hours. I’ve found out how to depart in the morning and return.”
Sonam Kapoor opted for a simple, uncomplicated appearance at the airport. She was dressed in beige with a long cream trench coat. She was also wearing big sunglasses as she travelled to Jeddah for the event. Sharing the video, the actress also thanked her crew and added in the caption, “One day for @chopard at the @redseafilm” With my strongest team.”
Sonam dazzled in a crimson gown with extravagant sleeves at the Red Sea International Film Festival. She wore it with a large diamond necklace. Later, she changed into an equally lovely yellow gown.
Aside from Sonam, several more Bollywood celebs attended the occasion. Kareena Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, and Priyanka Chopra were among them.
Sonam will soon be seen in Sujoy Ghosh’s production, Blind. She finished the filming before becoming pregnant with Vayu. On August 20, the actor gave birth to daughter.
Sonam had previously told Vogue of her work after the baby’s arrival, “I was always a little fussy.” I’m not really in the rat race; I’m just going about my business. That is unlikely to alter, but priorities shift, and I believe the child will become mine. The truth is that they did not choose to be born into this planet. You chose to bring them here, which is a pretty selfish decision. I’ll do my best as a mother, which means acting will have to take a second seat, but I don’t think I’ll ever quit working totally.”
