On Thursday night, Shruti Haasan went to her social media handles and replied to the allegations of her not attending the pre-release event of Waltair Veerayya owing to ‘mental issues’. The actress uploaded multiple images of media headlines claiming she has mental health issues and is receiving therapy. She just attacked the false rumours on Twitter, writing, “Nice try !! And Thankyou I’m recovering well from my viral fever.”

Meanwhile, Shruti Haasan is enjoying the success of her latest flicks, Veera Simha Reddy starring Balakrishna and Waitair Veerayya starring Chrianjeevi. In both films, the actress played the lead role. As Sankranthi was launched, Veera Simha Reddy and Waitair Veerayya battled at the box office and impressed viewers.

She will next be featured in Prashanth Neel’s next action film Salaar, with Prabhas. The drama, directed by Vijay Kiragandur and produced by Hombale Films, will star Jagapathi Babu, Madhu Guruswamy, and Easwari Rao.
