The Indian chapter of the Citadel, starring Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Varun Dhawan, has been making news for a long time. Samantha has recently begun filming for the project. Directors Raj & DK (Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK) announced the news on social media on Wednesday. They uploaded a photo of Samantha wearing a leather jacket and black pants. ““Super excited to team up with this powerhouse once again! Welcome @samantharuthprabhuoffl to the world of Citadel! Now filming ,” the caption read.

Citadel’s local instalment is authored by Sita R. Menon, Raj, and DK. While the show’s production is now underway in Mumbai, the unit will shortly relocate to North India for filming. Following that, they will film in Serbia and South Africa.
