R Madhavan expresses his support for Shilpa Shetty in the aftermath of Raj Kundra’s imprisonment, saying, ‘you will overcome with dignity.’

Shilpa Shetty, an actress, gained support from a number of her peers in the movie industry after making her first public comment following her husband Raj Kundra’s arrest in a porn apps case on Monday. The actress underlined that she “would continue to refrain” from commenting on the matter because it is still in court, and she asked for privacy.

In response to the post, R Madhavan termed Shilpa “the strongest” and expressed confidence that she will overcome these adversities. You are one of the strongest individuals I know, and I am confident that you will face this obstacle with grace and dignity. “Our thoughts and prayers are always with you and your family, he added.

Shamita, Shilpa’s sister, has also voiced her support for the actor. “I love you, munki, and I’ll be there for you through thick and thin. “Always @theshilpashetty,” she said. Varun Dhawan, Richa Chadha, Abhimanyu Dassani, Gauahar Khan, and Hansal Mehta were among those who reacted to the comments on social media. While Gauahar wished Shilpa well, Mahhi Vij called to her as “a woman with the most lovely heart.” “It shall pass, may the truth/justice prevail,” tweeted Aniruddh Dave.

Shilpa Shetty stated in her statement that she has experienced abuse and “unwarranted aspersions” in recent days. “I HAVE NOT COMMENTED YET AND WILL CONTINUE TO REFUSE TO DO SO ON THIS CASE AS IT IS SUBJECTIVE, SO PLEASE STOP ATTRIBUTING FALSE QUOTES ON MY BEHALF,” she said, adding that she had “complete trust in the Mumbai Police & the Indian judiciary.”

“As a family, we are pursuing all available legal remedies. But, until then, I sincerely urge that you – especially as a MOTHER – respect our privacy for the sake of my children and abstain from commenting on half-baked information without verifying its truth. For the last 29 years, I have been a dedicated professional and a proud law-abiding Indian citizen. People have placed their trust in ME, and I have never disappointed them. So, most significantly, I ask that you respect my family’s and right’ to privacy during these difficult times. We do not deserve to be put on trial by the media. “Please let the law run its course,” she said.

Richa Chadha and Hansal Mehta have already supported the Hungama 2 star. “We’ve built a national sport out of blaming women for the errors of the males in their lives,” Richa wrote. I’m glad she’s suing.”

Hansal Mehta requested that haters and supporters respect her privacy. “If you can’t fight for her, why don’t you just leave Shilpa Shetty alone and let the law decide?” Allow her some solitude and respect. It is unfortunate that people in prominent positions are finally left to fend for themselves and are judged guilty even before justice is served,” Hansal stated in his tweet.

Raj Kundra was arrested on July 19 in connection with the suspected development and distribution of pornographic content via mobile apps. He is now under judicial detention.
