Motorola has a loyal fan base when it comes to smartphones. Their Moto Razr ( which is a flip phone that looks somewhat like the old razor mobile) is on sale for 1.25 lakhs in flipkart right now. The phone’s processor is SD 710, the chipset that is common among a variety of mid range phones like Realme 3 pro, Lenovo k10 Note, etc. So why is it so expensive? Because of that fold? Not really, they put that phone as a Nostalgia factor and sold it for such a high prize. The moto fan boys actually bought the phone trusting Motorola and celebrated it.
Moto G9 Launching on August 31st, 2020 in Flipkart and now the Moto G9, successor of Moto G8 has Snapdragon 662, it’s a new chip but the Moto G8 had SD665, a better option in their last year’s model.
The two year old model Moto G7 had FullHD+ display, they cut it down to HD+ resolution and changed the notch to Punch hole display in G8, but what’s sad in G9 is, HD+ resolution only and they brought the old notch again on this. G7 has glass back, G9 now has a plastic back. It is priced at 11,499 rupees. So why Motorola, a reputed brand with millions of followers and a name for themselves are doing such things to their consumers. Is this any kind of trick? Or is it just a pure ripoff?
