Merry Christmas stars Vijay Sethupathi and Katrina Kaif, and Sriram Raghavan teases a movie with a “twist” in the first poster.

The first poster for the upcoming movie Merry Christmas, starring actors Vijay Sethupathi and Katrina Kaif, reveals that the film’s release date has been postponed. Sharing the poster on social media, Katrina hinted at a “twist.”

In the image on the billboard, two wine glasses are shown clinking against one another before shattering, exposing their jagged edges. One can see the blood-like wine dripping out. We hoped to release the movie this Christmas, but there is a TWIST, Katrina wrote in the caption. See you soon in the theatre! #MerryChristmas.”

Multiple admirers who expressed their excitement for the movie commented on Katrina’s post. On the actor’s post, one of them commented, “Looking forward to this one,” and another added, “really fascinating poster.”

Tamil and Hindi versions of the movie, which is directed by Sriram Raghavan, will be available. The initial announcement came in December 2021. Previously, Katrina had posted pictures from the sets where she had been filming with Vijay and Sriram. Work in Progress was the caption she had used for the photo.

In addition to the highly awaited Tiger 3 starring superstar Salman Khan, Katrina was recently seen in Phone Bhoot with Ishaan Khatter and Siddhant Chaturvedi. The star will reprise her role in the spy action thriller for the third edition of the Tiger franchise.

The popular dark comedy Andhadhun is the film that made Sriram Raghavan famous. The Netflix criminal comedy Monica, O My Darling was recently produced by him.
