Mansoor Ali Khan affirms his participation in “Thalapathy 67”
Vijay and filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj rejoin for the actor’s 67th movie, which has a working title of “Thalapathy 67,” after the blockbuster action drama “Master” in 2021.
Recently, production on the much awaited movie got underway, and the crew apparently finished filming a marketing clip. Mansoor Ali Khan, who plays the villain in several of Lokesh Kanagaraj’s films, is greatly admired by the filmmaker, who has made use of some of the actor’s allusions. Mansoor Ali Khan has also stated a desire to work with Lokesh Kanagaraj, and it appears that the director’s ambition will come true with “Thalapathy 67.”
Mansoor Ali Khan, who recently attended a movie function, was asked about his involvement in “Thalapathy 67” and his share of screen time with Vijay. The seasoned actor said that he co-starred in 10 additional films with the actor and that he played the villain in Vijay’s prior motion pictures. However, he hasn’t been able to collaborate with Vijay lately.
Mansoor Ali Khan is content right now, though, because “Thalapathy 67” will be his first collaboration with Vijay in a very long period.
According to reports, “Thalapathy 67” would be a pan-Indian action drama with actors from many industries playing pivotal parts. Sanjay Dutt and Arjun Sarja are allegedly under contract with the producers for salaries of Rs 10 crore and Rs 5 crore, respectively. The fan-favorite combo is reunited after 14 years, with Trisha reportedly playing the female lead.
