Rakul Preet Singh announced a few days ago that she will play a significant part in Indian 2. “It was quite exhilarating,” she said exclusively to Pinkvilla of working with the Vikram actor. I mean, Kamal Haasan, sir, is an institution in his own right. And I consider myself really fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with him. You know, Kamal sir and Amit ji are institutions. They are movies. They own the Indian film industry. They’ve been there for a long time. They’ve been there for so long – 60 years, I believe – in the 100-year history of Indian film. It’s simply incredible. It just shows that there are no shortcuts to success. You must be driven and enthusiastic about your job. Because that’s the only way to achieve such legendary status.”
