Every citizen in the Indian country has courts to settle and settle his problem. These are the nature of any country in the world. We can solve our problems through the courts. At that point, we will see what courts have for any solutions in India. Lets See About Supreme court.

Supreme Court: This is the highest court in the country. This Court was set up on January 28, 1950. This is the Court of Appeal. And both the original cases and appeals of the High Court rulings are held here. The Supreme Court consists of the Chief Justice of India and 25 Judges. Articles 124-147 of the Constitution of India give the power of the Supreme Court.

It will decide cases such as land reform and national emergency. It is this court that, for example, has investigated cases such as the 2G spectrum, the denial of homosexuality, the recognition of third-gender recognition, and the Ayodhya Temple dispute Etc.
