Every citizen in the Indian country has courts to settle and settle his problem. These are the nature of any country in the world. We can solve our problems through the court. At that point, we will see what court have for any solutions in India. Lets See About Supreme court.

High Courts: are the highest judicial body at the State level. Article 214 lays down the authority of This Court. There are 25 High Courts in India. This Court exercises civil or criminal jurisdiction only if the subordinate courts in the State are not competent to try the matters. This Court may even take appeals from lower courts. This Court judges are appointed by the President of India upon consultation with the Chief Justice of India, the Chief Justice of the High Court, and the Governor of the State.
