Jr NTR, a Telugu star, will soon team up with ace director Trivikram Srinivas for a commercial drama called NTR 30. Fans have been buzzing about the biggie since the two previously collaborated on the well-received actioner Aravinda Sametha. The makers are reportedly planning to cast Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan as the antagonist opposite Tarak in the biggie, according to the latest news.
If all goes well, this will be Chotte Nawab’s second Tollywood film, following the Hindi-Telugu bilingual Adipurush, which stars Prabhas. Prabhas is the star of this film. Om Raut’s magnum opus is billed as an adaptation of the Ramayana that “celebrates the triumph of good over bad.” In the film, the Baahubali actor plays Lord Ram, while Saif plays the antagonist ‘Lankesh.’ Kriti Sanon and Sunny Singh are among the cast members. When he played a negative role in Omkara, a 2006 film starring Ajay Devgn, Saif got a lot of coverage. His character in the action-packed blockbuster Race also had negative facets.
Jr NTR’s film Raise Roar Revolt (RRR), which he is working on with ace filmmaker SS Rajamouli, will go into production soon after that. The film is billed as a period drama and follows the fictitious exploits of Alluri Sita Ramaraju (Ram Charan) and Bheem, a real-life freedom fighter. Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgn, Shriya Saran, Olivia Morris, and Samuthirakani are among the cast members. It is said to be bigger than the Baahubali saga, and it could deal with reincarnation. On October 13, RRR will be released in theatres.
