Jiiva CONFIRMS Thalapathy Vijay will lead Super Good Films’ 100th project.
Thalapathy Vijay is now working on Vamshi Paidipally’s Varisu. Before completing the film’s production with Rashmika Mandanna, the Beast actor has accepted another project. Jiiva stated at a recent media event to promote his new game show Sarkaar that the 100th endeavour of the production business Super Good Films will star Thalapathy Vijay as the protagonist.
“Thalapathy Vijay visited RB Chaudary last week and decided to work on the renowned 100th production venture. I had been requesting my dad to grant me a role in the film. I informed him that I’d be pleased to make the film without getting a salary,” he was reported as saying.
Thalapathy Vijay will also play the protagonist in Lokesh Kanagaraj’s film, which would be dubbed Thalapathy67 for the time being. We can now confirm that Sanjay Dutt has been cast as the antagonist in this mafia drama. “The script demands the presence of multiple powerful villains, and who better than Sanjay Dutt to play one of the many baddies in this yet untitled film. Lokesh has been in conversation with Sanjay Dutt for a while now, and things have finally fallen into place. The actor has been paid a gigantic amount of Rs 10 crore to act in the film,” a little birdie told us.
According to the reports, filming on Thalapathy67 is set to commence in October or November of this year. According to rumours, Prithviraj will also portray a bad character in Lokesh Kanagaraj’s directorial. The actor has yet to sign the contract.
