Jhoome Jo Pathaan, starring Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone, will be released on December 22.

Shah Rukh Khan is all ready to return to the big screen with Pathaan, which is expected to be one of India’s largest action spectacles for the public. The film, directed by Siddharth Anand, reunites SRK with Deepika Padukone and stars John Abraham as the adversary. The Yash Raj Film production is part of Aditya Chopra’s grandiose spy universe, which began with Ek Tha Tiger in 2012 and has since expanded to include Tiger Zinda Hai and War. And now, we have exclusive knowledge that the Pathaan team is preparing to release their second single, Jhoome Jo Pathaan, on December 22.

“Jhoome Jo Pathaan is a salute to the soul of Pathaan, played by the incomparable Shah Rukh Khan,” director Siddharth Anand adds. The song encapsulates the personality attributes of this super spy Pathaan, who exudes an appealing swagger. His intensity, attitude, and confidence can make anyone want to dance to music.”

The Vishal & Shekhar composition, according to the director, is a modern fusion Qawaali that honours Pathaan’s flair and Panache. “It has been a long since we have seen SRK grove to the music and we are expecting that viewers will adore watching their favourite superstar shake a leg with an attitude to kill for,” he adds. Deepika Padukone is also in it, and Sid guarantees that the electrifying mix will win over the audience.
