Jacqueline Fernandez on multilingual ‘Vikrant Rona’ and collaboration with Kichcha Sudeep.
Jacqueline Fernandez has a wide slate of projects in her upcoming schedule. Recently, the creators of Bhoot Police released her character poster from the Horror comedy, and she has completed a song shoot for Kichcha Sudeep’s much-anticipated multilingual effort, ‘Vikrant Rona.’ She finished filming the song in Bengaluru. Vikrant Rona makes her Kannada cinema debut. Jacqueline recently spoke to the Times of India about her experience working with Sudeep. She also expressed her joy at returning to the sets after the filming was halted during the second wave of COVID 19.
“At this moment, all I can say is that it’s a well-etched-out part, and my character adds a fresh depth to the way the tale progresses,” Jacqueline Fernandez said of her role with Sudeep. Sudeep sir is a wonderful actor, and sharing screen time with him is a once-in-a-lifetime chance. After a time, she commented about being in front of the camera, saying, “It feels fantastic to do what I love the most.” The epidemic arrived and brought everything to a halt. Now that we’re all slowly making our way back to the sets, I’m excited to get started on this film.
Anup Bhandari, the director of Vikrant Rona, explained Jacqueline’s casting in the film, saying, “The producer offered her name, and we approached her.” She saw the character graph and was excited to be a part of the project.” Jacqueline’s participation in the film was also discussed by producer Jack Manjunath.“Her corpus of work attests to her being a crowd-puller, he added. Although not much about her involvement can be divulged at this time, I can assure you that her appearance triggers a chain of events that will be worth keeping an eye on.
