In the upcoming film by Varisu producer Dil Raju, would Sivakarthikeyan star? This is the official explanation.

There were several rumours that Sivakarthikeyan was in discussions with producer Dil Raju of Varisu fame and director Harish Shankar for his upcoming film. However, no such initiative is currently in the works, according to the most recent explanation from the official channels.

Sivakarthikeyan will be seen as a 17-year-old in 'Don' | Tamil Movie News - Times of India

One of the top PROs in the Telugu cinema business, Vamsi Kaka, tweeted, “The news that Siva Karthikeyan and filmmaker Harish Shankar are teaming up for a movie in the production of Dil Raju are definitely no true (sic).”

According to earlier media sources, Sivakarthikeyan wanted to increase his market share in the Telugu states. Anudeep Kv, a filmmaker primarily associated with Telugu cinema, wrote and directed his most recent film, Prince. The impending Telugu version of his movie Maaveeran is also rumoured.

However, Sivakarthikeyan’s first attempt to grab the Telugu audience’s attention didn’t produce the intended results. Prince received negative reviews from both reviewers and viewers in the Telugu states, and it performed poorly at the box office. Tamil Nadu also experienced a very similar response to the movie.

At this time, Sivakarthikeyan is anticipating the release of Ayalaan. The science-fiction movie will be released in theatres the following year. Raaj Kamal Films International, Kamal Haasan’s production company, has also signed him. The film will be directed by Rajkumar Periasamyn and star Sai Pallavi.

While everything is going on, Dil Raju is promoting the Vijay-starring movie Varisu. The movie is scheduled to open in theatres around the Pongal festival.
