Ajith Kumar will go on another world motorcycle journey after finishing AK62?
Ajith Kumar is now working on his much-anticipated play Thunivu, directed by H Vinoth. Following this, the Valimai actor will begin work on Vignesh Shivan’s AK62. According to the most recent sources, after finishing this unnamed drama, the actor would take a 6 to 9-month sabbatical before embarking on another global cycling trip. Following that, he has Siruthai Siva’s directorial AK63 in the works, which will be distributed by Sun Pictures.
Returning to Thunivu, the film marks Ajith Kumar’s third collaboration with director H Vinoth and producer Boney Kapoor, following Nerkonda Paarvai and Valimai. The film, billed as an action thriller, will star Manju Warrier as the female protagonist. This is the actress’ second Tamil drama following Dhanush’s Asuran in 2019. Thunivu, which is set to be released during Pongal 2023, will compete at the box office with Thalapathy Vijay’s Varisu.
The set will be utilised to shoot Thunivu’s Chilla Chilla song. According to a person close to the situation, “Ajith Kumar will begin filming for the song tomorrow and the project will be completed on November 30. While Ajith has finished dubbing for his sequences in the film, post-production work is moving along nicely.”
In addition, Ajith Kumar recently met Sivakarthikeyan. The Don star resorted to social media to post a photo of the unforgettable encounter. He stated, “After a long period, I had another encounter with AK sir, which I will remember for the rest of my life. Sir, thank you for all of your kind remarks and well wishes.” These two actors were seen twinning in black after a long time apart.
