Ajith Kumar begins dubbing for Thunivu, while Manju Warrier leaves the studio.
Ajith Kumar is gearing up to wow audiences once more with his next action film Thunivu. His much-anticipated drama is now under production. The actor has now begun work on the film’s dubbing. Manju Warrier, the film’s leading woman, came to Instagram to announce the news and gave a sneak peek from the session. Ajith Kumar is dressed as Thunivu in a blue shirt and brown pants in the shot.
Valimai financer Boney Kapoor is producing the film, which is directed by director H Vinoth. Along with Ajith Kumar and Manju Warrier, Samuthirakani, Veera, John Kokken, Ajay, and Cibi Chandran will play important parts in the film. Thunivu is set to visit theatres in January 2023 as a Pongal special release.
Unlike other celebrities, Ajith Kumar is not known to attend promotional events for his films. However, speculations indicate that he will attend the Thunivu pre-release event, which has moviegoers excited. Their joy was short-lived, however, as Ajith Kumar released a formal statement on October 31 via the Twitter profile of his long-time associate and manager Suresh Chandra. This is how the tweet went: “A good film is a promotion by itself!! – Unconditional love! Ajith.”
Following the completion of Thunivu, Ajith will begin work on his next project with director Vignesh Shivan. The film, tentatively named AK62, is said to have Trisha as the lead. If the latest rumours about the nameless film are accurate, it will be the fifth cooperation between the leads, following Ji, Kireedam, Mankatha, and Yennai Arindhaal.
