Chef Rathina invites you on a journey through the Mediterranean at the Dining Room, Park Hyatt Chennai with selected specialties from Italy, Greece, France, Spain, Turkey, Lebanon, Israel, Egypt and Morocco. Amid interactive counters, live action stations and Spanish Paella Counters, experience the wonders of charcoal grilled kebabs, Ful Medames, Churros, Shawarma rolls and many more dishes.

Explore the wide array of breads that they offer: Italian Ciabbatta, French Fougasse, Omani Special stuffed bread, Pita, Lavash and many more.
