Sign-up for this exciting two days practical and interactive workshop to learn the science behind fitness, running, passion & motivation required to drive you forward, appropriate nutrition ideas, smart marathon preparation tips & how to relax and enjoy running.
This course contents will be delivered by an experienced runner, coach and a passionate teacher and the founder of KaysFIT Academy, Coach Kay (Kannan Sundararajan).
First day – 28-Jul, Sat between 7:30 am to 5:30 pm
Second day – 29-Jul, Sun between 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
It doesn’t matter whether you are contemplating to start running or a beginner or believe that running will be a beautiful lifelong journey. This course is for everyone.
