Celebrate the King of Fruits | Innovative mango preparations at Taj Club House

Juicy refreshing mangoes are here to rescue us from the scorching heat this summer! And Clubhouse, the all-day diner at Taj Club House is buzzing with some delicious mango delights this season, expertly put together by Executive Chef Sumeet Sood and team. Try the refreshing traditional Indian drink with raw mango, Aam Ka Panna or the classic mixture of fresh mangos with yogurt, Mango Lassi. Sip on some delicious soups like Mango Gazpacho soup (Cold summer soup made with tasty ripe mangoes); or the Raw mango rasam (South Indian style soup made with raw mango pulp & spices).

Choose from Salads flavoured with mangoes like Raw Mango chilly prawns salad (Grilled prawns, raw mango with spicy chilly lemon dressing); Quinoa and mango salad (Raw mango with Quinoa in a sweet and sour dressing with fresh mint drizzling); and the Mesclun fresh mango salad (Fresh mangos, sautéed onions pine nut with Tabasco dressing).
